i just came back from downtown with my brother, i went to do an anthropology assignement which was basically people watching and writing down everything i observed for an hour!
i went to a little cafe called rocket and sat down with an iced latte and a cupcake and wrote and wrote and wrote.
then, when the hour was up, i went to meet my brother.
and oh my gosh.
i got a little sidetracked by a new vintage shop that just opened two months ago, and i had never been to before
as soon as i walked in the owner had just unpacked a box from upstate new york and this gorgeous perfect little sailor dress was just hanging there, calling my name. it fits like a dream and is the cutest thing in the world and i am so so happy i snapped it up!
i also got this vintage (?) oscar de la renta hot pink with black polka dots blouse, it's sort of shiny and a little too big but i love love love it. it's slouchy and perfect to tuck in to jeans or pants and ohhhh i'm so in love!
this week is going to be super busy for me, i have a ton of schoolwork due and to do - tests and papers and interviews.
but!
i do have a few little posts lined up, a little a-z and pictures from my visit home on thanksgiving, so hopefully they'll be up over the next few days!
